* Customise all automated or transaction emails out of your ecommerce system

* Use two payment gateways, for example Paypal and Stripe or Paypal and Eway

* Live Chat – trial using live chat with a proactive chat function for 30 days using a tool like Zopim

* Add shipping and payment info to all product pages on your site. Remember a lot of visitors will land on individual product pages so its important these pages answer as many pre-purchase questions as possible and practical
