Aleeta learned a powerful lesson, that the world would rather keep her conforming than allowing her to spread her wings and pursue what she was meant to do in life. Her realization of this issue helped open her eyes and allowed her to release control from the negative thoughts that were taking up too much space in her head. She soon understood the battles she faced were mainly manufactured in her own mind.

She then began focusing on parenting herself in ways that pushed her beyond a life of conformity, understanding that success does not have to be monetary-based; one can acquire joy, peace, and freedom without money through reclaiming control.

In Aleeta's case, learning about releasing control enabled her to understand why she was constantly being told to be quiet rather than challenge the status quo.
