Sharon Vornholt is the owner of Innovative Property Solutions in Louisville, KY.  She began investing in 1998 and was originally a rehabber and a buy and hold landlord. When the market crashed in 2008, she became an “accidental wholesaler”.  Today her passion is in teaching other real estate investors how to succeed in this business.

Sharon is best known as a marketing and branding expert, and for her expertise in probate investing. She has helped hundreds of people refine their brand and create customized marketing plans that work.

Tanya Rooney, owner and CEO of BAFS [Best at Finding Solutions] Home Buyers, rehabs properties in the Twin Cities of MN. In June of 2019, she joined a mastermind group to surround herself with people that have made flipping properties and wholesaling into successful businesses.

Gertrude Mageza is originally from Southern Africa.  She is the co-founder of Majestic Properties, a real estate investment company, located in Massachusetts as well as the host of the Real Estate InvestHER community in Boston. As a graduate of Northeastern University with a strong sales and marketing background, she has used her business insight to help grow a multi-million dollar family real estate investment business from two units to seventy units in twelve months. Her passion is to see more women empowered and enter the  real estate investor space so they can gain financial freedom and spend more time with their children.

Dixie Decker has bought, financed, and overseen real estate transactions in excess of 26 million dollar and raised over 5 million dollars in private lending. She has extensive experience with complex real estate transactions but specializes in student housing, turning regular single family homes into multiple paychecks producing double and sometimes triple her other rentals! Her expertise is reflected by going from bankrupt to millionaire in less than 3 years, without using her own money or credit, because she simply didn’t have any when she started her life over. Now having over 200 student tenants paying rent, she is still using her knowledge of wholesaling, lease options, owner financing and rehabbing.

Originally from Arizona, Stephanie moved to Austin,Texas for a job relocation back in 2011. In early 2018, she left her full time job and discovered real estate investing as a vehicle for long term financial freedom. Her and her business partner started Yellow Dog Property LLC shortly after leaving her day job and began learning as much as possible about real estate investing.

Over the past two years, she has tried to network with as many people as possible and learn a little about every vehicle of real estate investing. She started with flipping her first property in San Antonio in July 2019. She purchased her first home, as a househack, back in May 2020 and is actively looking for her next deal/project.

Meet Alejandra Martinez from San Antonio, Texas. She’s a mother of 2 lovely boys and still finds the time to pursue her career and manage her investments.
