Self development must start with a true assessment of your inner self. The more you you understand yourself, the easier it is to identify what you need improvement on. It is all about you! Get to know yourself in a deeper level! It always have been the norm to judge other people but not ourselves. We know what makes us tick but not why we act or respond towards certain situations. It is so easy to loose ourselves in the world we live in. Many times we are influenced by family, friends and everything else surrounding us and other times, we are wired through social media into other peoples lives that shadowing someone we follow becomes a thing, and with that we loose ourselves little by little without even realizing it.
