We have been listening to themes that have emerged over the last 18 months as we've been speaking to people about leadership learnings and things they have been leaning into. What we've discovered is that these things have simply been highlighted by the events of the pandemic. Things have been intensified, but these principles always stand true in any season.

These are the first a number of themes that we're going to drop in from time to time and today we look at:

1.There will always be a new and now

2.Leaders don't always have the answers

3.In leadership, the journey is as important as the destination

4.Be clear about your purpose.
