Today I'm joined by Sara Callahan. Sara helps active people who are sick of dieting to see results and get the body they want without restricting the foods they love! She’s fitness and nutrition coach since 2015. However, fitness/nutrition didn’t always come easy to her.After graduating college, where I was a collegiate swimmer, she experienced highs and lows with food. Sometimes, gaining weight, Other times, counting calories, doing tons of cardio, and starving. Neither ends of the spectrum were healthy, sustainable, or constructive. She’s now a precision nutrition coach, and fitness trainer with many other nutrition and strength qualifications under her belt. Sara and I chatted about many topics like nutrition and weight loss, the importance of protein in your diet, fitness, her crossfit and fitness journey and habit formation.
