Take a moment. Get steady. Get grounded. Slow down. Return to yourself. This episode includes an embodiment practice for replenishment. 

The practice is to notice. That is all. We are noticing to notice, not to fix or change. Noticing is the point. Noticing is the practice. It's the end result. 

Noticing delivers a quiet and beautiful gift: arrival in the present moment.

Touch your face. Remember you're a person. Reignite your vitality and humanity by choosing to take this time for yourself. You don't need a day or a week. A few minutes is plenty.
