Self doubt creeps in at the most inconvenient times. You can be hopped up and gung ho all excited about your life and BAM self doubt, fear, anxiety rear their ugly heads and all of a sudden.............you question every decision you've ever made. For me-I can go DARK and paranoid. It's not pretty. And it is never productive. What's the way out of this sinister spin cycle ? I'm glad you asked..........
