Becca Ploener is a Whitewater Kayak instructor and Adventure Coach based out of Asheville, NC. She specializes in helping outdoor athletes and enthusiasts to overcome the mental hurdles of their sport including balancing risk, fear of falling, flipping, or crashing, social pressures, self assessment, and the ~unknown~ so that they can enhance their performance, confidence, and overall enjoyment of their sport. She places emphasis on finding the femininity in our traditionally male dominated sports. I am excited to announce that I’ve started a scholarship fund to help get folks who would otherwise not be able to afford my health and life coaching services. I am accepting donations via @wildwomancoaching venmo. When you donate, mention the Scholarship Fund and I will set the money aside. Once there is enough money saved up, I will reach out to someone in a marginalized community who is in need of my services, but cannot afford them! I will also be putting 5% of my personal profits from any of my programs towards this mission!
