Welcome back to another episode of Here We Grow! Today I share with you, my journey of recognizing that my past habits led me to believe that I could run or numb from the pain that was happening in my life. In my recent experience of heartbreak and death my desire to run was strong, but what I needed was to be right where I was. To feel it is to heal it and to sit with it is to transform the pain into purpose. Together we will breathe and connect to our inner light being to help us find our way through the dark.
