The winter solstice holds deep meaning for me as it marks the anniversary of the passing of a dear friend. Each year, I honor his life in a profound way, and this year, I feel called to share the names of all my friends who have passed to bring light to the journey they had here on earth. I want to honor them and reflect on how their lives—and deaths—have brought me to a deeper appreciation of life. Over the years, I’ve come to realize the importance of openly discussing grief and processing it both internally and externally. Through practices like meditation and nature walks, I’ve found healing and a deeper connection to the spirits of those no longer with us. Join me as I explore how death has shaped my journey and taught me to truly live.
