In this time of Social Distancing and calls to stay home, some introverts are feeling trapped with their families or roommates. With no escape from children, partners, roomies, and who ever else they share space with, it can be difficult to find the space and time to recharge your batteries. This can lead to frayed nerves and tension in the household. It's has never been more important to be able (as we always say) to say what you need.
