Without realizing it, we often set ourselves up for failure with our words. It could be in how we ask a question, in how we respond to an email or even how we ask our kids to do their chores. Our words have meaning and set expectations, but if you're using the wrong words, it's very possible you're setting the wrong expectations and setting yourself up of disappointment, anger and failure.
