Hello, my friends.

So welcome to the podcast. I'm really excited about this episode here, episode number four. because I am actually recording this podcast on the Volley app. I will be moving my Facebook group called Freedom supply tribe over to Volley within the next few weeks because I just love it so much.

I am still in the learning phase of Volley. So obviously, I don't know all of the ins and outs regarding how to use it the in the most of effective way, and you know me being a manifesting generator-effectiveness is my thing.

But I am excited about it because the people in my Facebook group will be able to hear my podcast first. And of course, then my podcast will also go out to itunes and Spotify, and I'm hoping to get it back on Audible as well.

So this is great. And it also is providing me with a transcript, so there goes some show notes, like, I don't have to really work so hard at creating show notes. which was something that I really didn't do much of.  I would put a... "Here's what I mentioned in this episode" with three little bullet points, but the full transcript is gonna be available for me to use where I please. So I'm really really excited about it.

I am so so excited about talking to you about aligning with your own energy to create a life in business that you love and me using the volley app is truly something that I feel is part of my aligning with my own energy, which I think in my life has been really okay, but not so much in my business.

Like I I learned how to say no to the things that I needed to say no to and very unapologetically say, yes to the things that I really was desiring and wanting to say, yes to. But my business, I felt like I was on Mars.

And then comes human design, Right! Yes, because you know that's where I'm at. Right?

Human design comes into my world and I start to understand how completely out of alignment I am, like really I can see it. When I started coaching, eight years ago, now almost nine years ago now, I started off as a spiritual life coach. So I'm very much aware of alignment. I'm very much aware of frequency and energetics, but I wasn't able to see that clearly in my business until I started to look and practice and  embody, you know, like all of the words. my human design, strategy, my profile and my type. It has made such a huge difference. And even like I said, in looking at Volley as an option for me to use as a podcasting tool and as a community for my Freedom supply tribers- Just amazing and part of my human design being a manifesting generator is to try things out. It is to explore. It is to share the things get paid and live free.

Like, this is it. I remember one day. I was sitting on my couch, and I was like, ugh, I need to be hosting something on social media. I don't know what to post and oh my gosh she was just like Pulling teeth And then I put my laptop aside picked up my yarn and made myself a arm knit. Yep. arm knit yarn necklace, I love it so much.  I'm gonna take some pictures and put it up here for you guys, and that's what I needed to be doing. It's like that has nothing to do with social media posting and building your business and allowing people to connect with you through social media, but it really does. because for me being a manifesting generator, and I want you, if you are a multi-passionate  and if you are a manifesting generator, then listen clearly

Doing what you feel like doing is you growing your business. It is you living your life to your fullest expression. And the possibilities of who you are who you wanna be.

So I want to invite you to look at that. If you are feeling like I don't know what you should be posting, saying in my emails, or wondering if you should make a video, should I make a podcast. Or contemplating, should I be doing some written content like, whatever it is-lean into how you are feeling to make your decisions, that is really when you start to understand that aligning to your energy, aligning to your own energy, can be that simple and easy.

• Your energy is everything just like human design, is something that has really taught me that-it's about your energy.

So If you are out of alignment then, you're not living from your own energy

For us as manifesting generators and multi passionate, multi hyphenated, multi potentials, multi creative entrepreneurs, we need to really be looking at that. It is so super important. it gets to be that easy. And as I continue my path with human design in my business, the possibilities that I could never ever have ever dreamed of, just present themselves to to me. all of the time.

Again, I'm gonna bring this up again, kinda like the Volley app and we're sitting here, I'm recording the podcast here and when I move my Freedom Supply Tribe over to the Volley app, they're gonna be able to listen to this. And I love it. I love it. I love it so much.

So I invite you to start aligning with your own energy so that you can create a life and business that you love, by taking simple little baby steps each day, towards being intentional about what your energy is saying to you.  Being really cognizant of how you are feeling. Do I feel like doing this? Do I feel like doing that? because when you are in your right aligned energy Everything just feels so much better.
