Happy New Year!

If you've entered this new year not having a freaking clue where you're going this year, have no fear. You are not alone friend!  There is so much pressure put on us to Know what we want, when we want it and have a complete map created to get it all, but for us Multi-Creatives, well, things don't work like that for us and it doesn't have to!

Nothing has gone wrong if you're still trying to figure things out and as a matter of fact, being uncertain is actually the best thing ever. 

Relax, stop trying to force the answers to come. You don't need the answers. 

They'll come. 

You need acceptance of where you are right now and when you accept and lean into being willing to see things from a different perspective-it changes everything for the better.

Hello, my friend. Hello. My friend.

Welcome I am sitting here trying to record this podcast for the third time this morning. I had to stop and go and put something on my throat because That morning voice was not happening.

Oh my gosh. Listen. So I want to tell you about something that I was talking to a friend about the other day, and this concept has been really really hard for me to get on board with even though, like I truly understand it, but my my brain kept telling me "no it's not supposed to be that way." So what we were talking about was how there's a saying or a mantra or whatever it is and it goes like this. " You teach what you need to learn."

How many of you all have heard that before?

I have heard this for years and while I I agree with it. I understand it. My brain has told me with my coach mind and all of the things that I've seen online and I've learned that you are supposed to be the expert, and so teaching what you need to learn just sounds asinine to me. but I truly understood it, like in my body, and my core it was like, yeah. I really get it. It's so true. But on the surface, it's like, no. Who does that?

Well listen. me being a manifesting generator, me being a multi passionate entrepreneur. This whole thing of teaching what you need to learn is exactly what it is that I'm doing right now. Whaaatttt? Who would have thunk it? Exactly. Right? So I want to encourage you to look at if you would like me and this is quote the saying is something that even like naww dog that's not happening. I want you to look at it from a different perspective.

Here's what my friend I were talking about. So she was saying that, yeah, like I'm really on board with that because Right now I'm learning just on the other and just want to get on Instagram and just share it. with people. and like, yeah. Do it. I'm so excited. I cannot wait can see all of the things that she's sharing in the trainings that she's learning, and she's excited about it and really when you were excited about something, and like you just you're learning something and you're putting it into practice. and like that's basically the whole like, set up of my business. That's my... My business model.

Learn something, Share something. Learn something, Share something.

And usually the things that I'm learning is because of something that I want to like, up level in my own life. So Yeah, I'm excited to share it. So Look at it from that perspective, what is it was just as easy as -

"This is something that I'm loving in my life. This is something that I'm applying in my life. This is something that I am embodying and hey, I want share it with you guys too" , in hopes that it will inspire you to take action and to step into your greatness, your power, your massive transformation. And that is In essence, teaching. So What if it was just that easy? What if you looked at how what you're learning and what you're taking on in your life what you're bringing into your world as something that is so expansive that you just can't keep it to yourself. even though maybe you haven't done it a lot, but it's changed life those couple of days or a couple of times you use that particular process and you want to share with other people. Like there's nothing wrong with that. And truly we believe in this whole mantra you teach what you need to learn.

And also here's another perspective that we talked about-

When you are consistently and constantly talking about a thing, that you are engaging in because for your own growth purposes, then it keeps it at the forefront of your mind, and you keep pressing on. You keep using it and we keep using it. and of course, then it just allows you to grow so exponentially, so isn't that fascinating? Like, I find it to be like the most awesome thing ever. So I want you to think about that. Where in your life could you actually apply this mantra of I teach what I need to learn. and allow it to be a strategy and a tool for yourself to continue your growth and up level into whatever your desire is.

Like for me, I'll give an example. a really great example, I think anyway, Is that here I am, I've not been in the human design world for very long. I'm not a master at it, I am not expert by any means in human design.

Every day I get up and I learned something new about being a manifesting generator. and it lights me the f up. Oh my gosh. I am so lit up by it. I am so turned on by it. There is no way you could ever shut my mouth from sharing the things that I'm learning.

And so from the things that I'm learning, I'm applying it. I'm embodying it. It just feel so freaking good. But I am still in the learning process. and I'm sitting here on this podcast teaching you about being a manifesting generator being multi creative entrepreneur, and I don't have like, tens of years of experiences dealing with this type of situation, but I'm teaching you. 

Another thing that I've learned being a manifesting generator is that my life my my lived experiences me diving in, me actually using the tools,  me experimenting with them- that is the teaching I'm supposed to be sharing. What? I mean, can you believe that? I cannot even tell you. ...Like I'm still pumped up right now y'all. I cannot not tell you how much I've wanted this

Years and years ago, when I came up with a tagline, Share things, Get paid Live Free.-I had no idea It was actually a thing.

Like, this is just what I wanna do. Why can't this be something I do? But it actually is something I can do and do. Me learning how to share things get paid and live free, I'm teaching You how to share things get paid and live free because I'm in it. And I'm loving it, and it's something that is turning me on it's lighting me up and so I can't help but to share it.

To me that is one of the best examples ever. Me trying to live according to my human design, my manifesting generator human design. Me feeling years ago, like sharing things, getting paid and living free is exactly what I wanted to do, but didn't know how.

Me now being in the space of understanding  that's just part of who I am and teaching that you get to live as just who you are- Like it's just so many different intricacies I could talk about and give you examples for that is centered around teaching what you need to learn.

What if it wasn't looked upon like, maybe not a lot of you really look at this way. I know that I didn't ( I'm sorry if you guys can hear my heater going in and off it is cold. in a mug over here. So my heater is running y'all. Also. That's what you you hear that noise in the background. That's what is my heater. told in my office.) Anyway, what if you decided that thinking like "I need to be an expert in order to teach something teach" instead....teach whatever you learned yesterday!!

I learned yesterday that according to my human design, my authority. how I can actually better listening to my body with a yes and no responses in the sacral.  I learned how to better that yesterday just by tapping into my attunements

If you are on the Volley app with me in the Freedom supply tribe, then there is a channel for Attunements.  This is something that I'm just starting to do.  I would do them for myself in the mornings. but I decided that I might as well just go ahead and share them. So as I do them,  I share them and it's been really great so far even though it's a little bit out of my wheelhouse. I will say to share this kind of thing, like publicly I wanna share with you why because I teach what I need to learn 🙂.

Oh my goodness. It feels so good to talk about teaching what you need to learn in this way because in this world of being in the online coach space, everything you put out is supposed to be perfect.

Everything that you do, everything you post is to show you as the expert. Man, if you read my emails or even look at any of my social media post, you'll see that this girl over here does not do well with spelling.

So the whole perfection atmosphere that this online coaching experience created, has really starting to fall off we're all sick tired of it. We all are ready to adhere the the pull that our soul is now, like, pushing up in our faces.

Look, this is what life is supposed to be like We are feeling the pull to just normalize imperfection and allow what are perceived as our flaws. to be our freedom for formula.  Anyway, alright. So welcome to the podcast. I'm really excited about this episode here, episode number four. because I am actually recording this podcast on the Volley app. I will be moving my Facebook group called Freedom supply tribe over to Volley within the next few weeks because I just love it so much.

I am still in the learning phase of Volley. So obviously, I don't know all of the ins and outs regarding how to use it the in the most of effective way, and you know me being a manifesting generator-effectiveness is my thing.

But I am excited about it because the people in my Facebook group will be able to hear my podcast first. And of course, then my podcast will also go out to itunes and Spotify, and I'm hoping to get it back on Audible as well.

So this is great. And it also is providing me with a transcript, so there goes some show notes, like, I don't have to really work so hard at creating show notes. which was something that I really didn't do much of.  I would put a... "Here's what I mentioned in this episode" with three little bullet points, but the full transcript is gonna be available for me to use where I please. So I'm really really excited about it.

I am so so excited about talking to you about aligning with your own energy to create a life in business that you love and me using the volley app is truly something that I feel is part of my aligning with my own energy, which I think in my life has been really okay, but not so much in my business.

Like I I learned how to say no to the things that I needed to say no to and very unapologetically say, yes to the things that I really was desiring and wanting to say, yes to. But my business, I felt like I was on Mars.

And then comes human design, Right! Yes, because you know that's where I'm at. Right?

Human design comes into my world and I start to understand how completely out of alignment I am, like really I can see it. When I started coaching, eight years ago, now almost nine years ago now, I started off as a spiritual life coach. So I'm very much aware of alignment. I'm very much aware of frequency and energetics, but I wasn't able to see that clearly in my business until I started to look and practice and  embody, you know, like all of the words. my human design, strategy, my profile and my type. It has made such a huge difference. And even like I said, in looking at Volley as an option for me to use as a podcasting tool and as a community for my Freedom supply tribers- Just amazing and part of my human design being a manifesting generator is to try things out. It is to explore. It is to share the things get paid and live free.

Like, this is it. I remember one day. I was sitting on my couch, and I was like, ugh, I need to be hosting something on social media. I don't know what to post and oh my gosh she was just like Pulling teeth And then I put my laptop aside picked up my yarn and made myself a arm knit. Yep. arm knit yarn necklace, I love it so much.  I'm gonna take some pictures and put it up here for you guys, and that's what I needed to be doing. It's like that has nothing to do with social media posting and building your business and allowing people to connect with you through social media, but it really does. because for me being a manifesting generator, and I want you, if you are a multi-passionate  and if you are a manifesting generator, then listen clearly

Doing what you feel like doing is you growing your business. It is you living your life to your fullest expression. And the possibilities of who you are who you wanna be.

So I want to invite you to look at that. If you are feeling like I don't know what you should be posting, saying in my emails, or wondering if you should make a video, should I make a podcast. Or contemplating, should I be doing some written content like, whatever it is-lean into how you are feeling to make your decisions, that is really when you start to understand that aligning to your energy, aligning to your own energy, can be that simple and easy.

• Your energy is everything just like human design, is something that has really taught me that-it's about your energy.

So If you are out of alignment then, you're not living from your own energy

For us as manifesting generators and multi passionate, multi hyphenated, multi potentials, multi creative entrepreneurs, we need to really be looking at that. It is so super important. it gets to be that easy. And as I continue my path with human design in my business, the possibilities that I could never ever have ever dreamed of, just present themselves to to me. all of the time.

Again, I'm gonna bring this up again, kinda like the Volley app and we're sitting here, I'm recording the podcast here and when I move my Freedom Supply Tribe over to the Volley app, they're gonna be able to listen to this. And I love it. I love it. I love it so much.

So I invite you to start aligning with your own energy so that you can create a life and business that you love, by taking simple little baby steps each day, towards being intentional about what your energy is saying to you.  Being really cognizant of how you are feeling. Do I feel like doing this? Do I feel like doing that? because when you are in your right aligned energy Everything just feels so much better.
