So as promised in Episode #3 today is a session on how you can manage your body and mind in order to stand in your power and hold your own
Having agency, owning yourself, and using your voice doesn’t always come easy, and in fact for some people it's downright fearful and anxiety inducing. So in this episode I will take you through some tools and techniques that you can work on to develop self mastery and remove and reduce your fears.
After a quick re-introduction to what agency means we’ll start on self mastery by getting to know your patterns and what has shaped your self beliefs versus what is your driving force for change. Next I’ll talk about the power of support - you don’t have to do any of this alone, and for the most part having someone in your corner as a cheerleader and an alibi is super important.
I’ll share some coaching and therapy techniques that work really well with pattern change (CBT and exposure therapy) as well as the use of visualisation techniques and some mind mastery books that I highly recommend. We’ll also tackle the body too, because the nervous system and your physiology have sometimes more to say than you do, so mastering body and mind will help you step into a new place of existence.
Finally, I’ll give you hard facts about what happens if you don’t activate your voice even when it feels hard and what that translates as to yourself and others, but don't worry - with this podcast YOU CAN DO THIS!
