There are many employees who do all of the hard work while someone else takes credit for it. For many, they accept the feelings of defeat and continue working without the feeling of gratification. Maybe you are a nurse who works tirelessly while the doctor gets all of the praise. Perhaps you work as a dispatcher without ever receiving the appreciation of being officially classified as first responders. When we consider whether or not we are living in our purpose with the work that we do, it challenges any feelings of resentment when others receive glorification for the hard work that we put in.
