• Counter it: “Even if I’m rejected, I am still [great at my job / a good person / worthy]”
• Repeat daily whenever perfectionism pops up

Nervous System Regulation

• 15 minutes of breathwork per day
• Gratitude journaling: focus on tangible, specific things you are grateful for each day
• Embodiment exercises: yoga, grounding, or movement to release stored tension
