This week we're diving into the most haunted island in the world, Poveglia Island. Located in the Venetian Lagoon, Poveglia is home to many dark secrets.

This Week's Cocktail: Blood Orange Whiskey Sour

2 oz bourbon/whiskey

1 oz fresh blood orange juice

¾ oz fresh lemon juice

¾ oz simple syrup

1 egg white

Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker WITHOUT ice and dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and then shake again for another 30 seconds or so until everything is cold. Strain through the fine-mesh strainer into glasses with ice.
