Drink of the Week: Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. vodka
0.5 oz. lime juice
ice cubes
4 oz. ginger beer
1 lime wedge for garnish
Pour vodka and lime juice into a mug; add ice cubes and ginger beer. Stir to combine. Drop a lime wedge into the mug for garnish.

Drink of the Week: Bordeaux Sour
1 maraschino cherry (such as Luxardo)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 ounces Maker’s Mark 46 bourbon
1 ounce red wine from Bordeaux (such as Chateau Brethous)
1 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
5 dashes orange bitters
Garnish: maraschino cherry
In a shaker, muddle the cherry and maple syrup. Add the bourbon, Bordeaux wine, lemon juice and bitters along with ice and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a glass over ice. Garnish with a cherry and enjoy!

Drink of the week: Whiskey Smash
2oz bourbon
0.75oz lemon juice
0.75oz simple syrup
6-8 mint leaves
lemon peel (about 2" long piece)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Fill with ice, and shake for about 10 seconds. Strain into a glass with ice, and enjoy!

Drink of the Week: Strawberry Cognac Iced Tea
*3 strawberries washed, hulled, and halved
*Juice of half of a lemon or about once fluid ounce
*1 tablespoon honey warmed so it is very runny and can easily be incorporated
*3 ounces black tea cooled
*2 ounces Cognac
In a glass or shaker, muddle the strawberries. Add in all remaining ingredients and a handful of ice. Shake until cool. Taste and adjust to your taste by adding more tea to make it less sweet or more honey to make it sweeter. Pour into a class and garnish with a lemon wheel. (Makes one serving.)

Drink of the Week: Raspberry Rum Cocktail
*1.5 oz dark rum
*0.5 oz fresh raspberry puree
*1 oz apple juice
*0.5 oz ginger ale
*0.5 oz lime juice
Pour rum, raspberry puree, and apple juice into shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously. Pour into glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and lime juice. Enjoy! (makes one serving)
