on todays episode , I connect with an instagram friend, Ms. Clare Quinche, she talks about her experience in the military and what it was like to decide to retire , move back home , experience life as a new mom and a lot more inbetween ;) a little back story , she came over to my house , so we could go over the outline for the episode, but once we starting talking I decided to hit the record button! so this conversation was on the spot and raw , so much, that you can hear baby zanna in the background and me shuffling to keep her happy while I try and get the content for this episode! but thats what its all about being a momma and making things happen!
