Especially as women we have been taught that prioritizing what someone somewhere labels "urgent" is better than focusing on what is actually important to us. In fact, most of us have been taught that choosing ourselves is selfish and wrong. We've been taught to leap towards others' urgent needs and desires.

Yet, to actually life a full life and craft your dreams into reality, you must learn and then practice the skill of important over urgent.
