E61. Stop Getting Ready And Get Going

Listen Later

In this episode, I describe how people spend more time getting ready to take action than doing what they want to start. To get going, they literally get stuck getting ready, to get set, to get going. All the while, minutes turn in to days, days turn into weeks, and weeks turn into a really long time of preparing to get started. Without starting there’s no progress. Without progress there’s no momentum. Without momentum, time is working against you. Because of this, I share a proven method that will help you get passed getting ready and blast off like a rocket ship.

In this episode, I discuss three ways people are measured to determine their ability to perform in life (IQ, EQ, and AQ). Then, I zero in on the one that I believe is the most important when it comes to adapting to change, and I wrap things up by sharing a method becoming someone who can easily adapt at the rate of change in a rapidly evolving world.
