Gianna is an international yoga teacher, who shares her love for natural healing through yoga, ayurveda, doula work, and coaching.

I met Gianna a few years ago and vibed with her right away.

She has been on a journey, everything from her parents passing early, depression, and divorce she shares with us her perspective on life and some of the practices and prompts she continues to utilize to be the best she can be for herself and others.
