In E68 I share a story about how I'm dealing with bad customer service from a company I'm buying from. It's shocking and surprising, but I'm learning a lot from this experience. I'm being taught how to treat "my customers" with respect and what NOT to do in my business. Always look at difficult situations as a learning experience rather than an obstacle. 👍
