  • E79: Putting Goals on Pause to Take Care of Your Needs

    Hi friends! 🙌

In E79 I talk about the idea of putting some goals on pause to take care of your own needs. It's basically a way of reprioritizing your life, but it doesn't mean that you are completely abandoning the other goals you were working on. If you feel a bit spread thin or scattered in life, have the courage to put certain areas of your life on pause so that you can give your main priorities the time, energy, and attention it deserves! 👍
Thanks for the love and support friends, stay creative! 😀

  • E78: The Different Ways We Grieve

    Hi friends! 🙌

In E78 I talk about grieving the loss of a loved one and how there's no right or wrong way to grieve. After the loss of my Oma a couple of weeks ago, I noticed my family and loved ones all grieved in their own individual ways, and it was important for all of us to respect each others grieving boundaries. Don't feel guilty or ashamed for the way you grieve. Grief comes out in whatever form it takes! 👍

  • E77: The Art of Listening To Yourself

    Hi friends! 🙌

In E77 I share with you tips and tricks for ways to listen to your gut intuition. This is an important skill to develop for yourself so you become more confident with your own decision making and so you don't have to rely on others for the answers. It's ok to have guides in life, but don't look at others as the oracle. At the end of the day, you are the CEO of your own life, and you get to decided what is best for you! 👍

  • E76: The Art of Playing Catch Up

    Hi friends! 🙌

In E76 I wanted to share with you all some tips for how to play catch up in life without burning yourself out. After moving out of the studio space over the past couple of weeks, I feel like all I've been doing is playing catch up with all areas of my life, but I can honestly say I'm making great progress because I'm not "overdoing it" and risking burn out. 👍

Also, I just turned 43 (holy cow! - how did that happen?) and I wanted to share some pearls of wisdom I've learned over the years. A sincere thank you to my friends and family for all the kind birthday wishes. 👍

  • E73: How To Focus as a Multi-passionate Artist

    Hi friends! 🙌

In E73 I share some tips and tricks on how to focus as a multi-passionate artist! This really comes down to what your NEEDS are as both an artist and an individual and also what your soul is "nudging" you to do. 👍
I'm in the process of writing a book based on this topic as I think it's something that many of us struggle with in today's society (including myself!), and it's a worth while topic to dig into.

  • E72: Navigating The Multi-passionate Dilemma As An Artist

    Hi friends! 🙌

In E72 I talk about how artists and creative entrepreneurs typically struggle with a phenomenon known as the "multi-passionate dilemma". The multi-passionate dilemma is when we have a variety of goals and dreams in life, and it's difficult to focus and choose on just one creative project. It's a combination of FOMO (The Fear of Missing Out), being unbalanced, and not taking action steps based on the highest version of your identity. 👍

  • E71: The Musician's Struggle Is Real

    Hi friends! 🙌

In E71 I talk about the musician's struggle and how every dollar and cent counts and is "felt", whether it's from the merch table, ticket sales, or the tip jar. In this episode, I share some stories of some of the obstacles I faced in my own professional music career, and why I personally feel musicians have it the hardest from most of the other art forms in the art and entertainment industry. 👍
