In E78 I talk about grieving the loss of a loved one and how there's no right or wrong way to grieve. After the loss of my Oma a couple of weeks ago, I noticed my family and loved ones all grieved in their own individual ways, and it was important for all of us to respect each others grieving boundaries. Don't feel guilty or ashamed for the way you grieve. Grief comes out in whatever form it takes! 👍
