On Mother's Day I led a healing ceremony for women who had walked the childless or childfree path by chance, choice or somewhere in between. I was really proud of what I managed to offer and blown away by the vulnerability and open hearts of the women who showed up. 

This week, I am sharing the mediation that I led-it's for women in peri or post menopause to reconnect them to their creativity, their vitality and their sacred center.
