I'm leaving for the Grand Canyon on December 15th!!! Ahhhhh I'm actually not that nervous haha. This is my third trip and every year I get back and update my packing list with notes from how it went and what I wish I had vs. didn't lug around. On today's episode I'm sharing my favorite items that I bring on trips and some controversial items that I don't bring that most people do.

I'm also sharing a bit more of my story with how I got to go on my first and second grand trips and how I prepared myself energetically and created the space to go on the trip in my life. #manifestingmagic
