Once we recognize that we allow others to have power over us and wonder why there is suffering, misery, and mental & emotional deflection, we could tie most of that into worrying about what others think about us.
There is a fine line, I feel, that no…. we shouldn’t worry about what others think because they’re not in our shoes, but on another note, we can recognize that what we put out there (whether integrity or messy) that the potential to be “seen” in a way is based on how we “act”.
The distinction is, does one burden us or does one elevate us? That’s the fine line.
