Sales development is an important aspect of business as it helps to generate revenue for the company. Additionally, sales development (sales development representatives) can help to build relationships with potential customers and establish trust, which can lead to repeat business and long-term customer loyalty. SDRs accomplished these outcomes by cold calling, sending cold emails, and additional prospecting techniques to find success.
