Lach Bostock, a Grammy-nominated producer and a key member of the hit Indie Pop Band; Mansionair, chose sobriety at the peak of his career. At 31, Lachy recognised that heavy drinking wasn't compatible with the demands of constant touring, both mentally and physically. Additionally, he was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and believes that abstaining from alcohol helps manage his symptoms better. Lach is part of a growing trend among younger musicians who are prioritising their mental health, challenging the conventional norms of the music industry.
