We all have times when we feel down, but depression is about more than feeling sad or fed up for a few days. Depression causes a low mood that lasts a long time and affects your daily life. Remember that help and support are available, and recovery is possible even if you've felt depressed for a long time.Â
In this podcast, we will talk about mind drama. I sometimes like to create a lot of drama in my head because I realize that when I feel depressed, and I'm when I feel like I'm such a failure. My solution for you is to start to think about "what kind of version of me?" or "what kind of version of life do I want to live?", "the life with no calm mindset?", "What are my values is my value to live a joyous life? And when you have these values, when you live life, by your own set of values instead of external goals, it is effortless for you to feel those things to feel those positive emotions.Â
You don't have to be a millionaire to help people; there are many ways to help people. Like there are so many ways that you can help people, and as long as you follow these values, you're going to start to feel happiness and fulfillment.
