How as a sector do we continue to discuss the challenges, we come together to raise our professional voice and discuss proactively what is needed to enable us to Thrive. We do this so that the children we care for can have better futures.
We believe everyone in Early Years (and we mean everyone in Early Years) should have a safe and proactive space where they can come and find out information and also ask people in the same arena any questions. Now in Cheltenham and Tewkesbury Early Years Networking we don't have all the answers but we will work together to find someone who does.

We are all just trying to fit everything into a busy ever changing world, so how great we can all be there for each other and how good to know someone cares.
