Here Becky has a brilliant chat  with Jess Davis, about everything early years and new career paths.
Jess is an amazing EY advocate with a background in social care, early years, families first, 4 children and Barnardo's. She has also been a EY Lead and Manager for several large nurseries.
We get to find out from Jess what drives her early years career, why has she chosen to teach  and how will she use her early years skills in her new role working with older children.
