Earth-2.net Presents...

Ian and Dave come to the end of Neverwhere. In "Down Street," the Door, Richard, and Hunter make the dangerous return journey to give the key to Islington, the Marquis returns from the dead and the traitor is revealed. In "As Above, So Below," Richard and the Marquis must join forces to free Door from Islington but first they must vanquish the Beast of London Below. They discuss the series as a whole. Get audio feedback from some old friends, and some last minute email feedback with some fantasy casting. Everyone agrees that the Beast of London Below is shit.

To commemorate the 30th episode of the Tirades, your courageous hosts endured the Lindsay Lohan bomb I Know Who Killed Me. How many problems are there just with this movie's title? Why are we supposed to care about a girl who's on screen for less than 15 minutes? Why does a girl who has been mutilated not cooperate with cops? What is with all of the gargantuan leaps in logic and plot holes? And why is there so much blue everywhere? None of these questions are answered, but you will get plenty of lengthy rants from both hosts. Happy... 30th episode...? Please visit http://tranquiltirades.wikia.com.

It's Big Damn Heroes 67, and we're almost at the end of Angel! Things are starting to get a bit messy. Wesley is juggling the idiot ball; plot lines are desperately trying to be wrapped up; and we have some torture, a wild Adam Baldwin, exploding gods, and recovered memories. You know, the standard. But even an interesting subplot can't save what is one of the most offensive, idiotic, poorly planned episodes this season. Wanna know which one it is? Join Hannah and Will as they cover Angel's "Underneath," "Origin," "Time Bomb," and "The Girl in Question."

In this edition of Earth-2-in-1, Daredevil is unsuccessful in his attempt to steal the Fantasticar (Marvel Two-in-One #3), Batman puts on a wacky hat (The Brave and the Bold #112), and Dan tells a Marvel versus DC tale that sends Mike into a laughing fit. The Doctor meets the latest upgrade of the Cybermen ("Nightmare in Silver"), and then we meet a never-before-seen iteration of The Doctor ("The Name of The Doctor"). Following that, Dan and Mike rank all of the episodes of the seventh modern season, which they differ on rather greatly. Please visit www.patreon.com/biggerontheinside.

As Kellen runs out the door for Anime Detour, he leaves this episode with James reviewing the next five episodes of Gundam SEED: "Grieving Skies," "In the Promised Land," "Gathering Darkness," "Seen and Unseen," and "The Descending Sword." Remember, if you're in the Twin Cities area you can catch Kellen's Anime Podcasting 101 panel at noon on Saturday at Anime Detour.

The Douchies have come to a close, and The Vinegar King has been crowned! Shana and Mike discuss the poll results, read through lots of comments from the forums, Shana sings a song for Ian, Mike comes up with the greatest band name ever, and they create a new sitcom starring Lionel. This week on Dread Media we bend reality and pay tribute to the only alien conqueror that has been a guest on the podcast. Looking at three films that play with the concept of reality and meta-cinema, Desmond is joined by three different co-hosts for three different films: Darryll comes by to review Berberian Sound Studio, Devil Dinosaur Jr. goes solo on Targets, and Chris joins us for a look at Escape from Tomorrow. Then through song and memory we pay tribute to Dave Brockie (aka Oderus Urungus of GWAR) who passed away this week at the age of 50. Songs: "First Rule Is" by GWAR, "Our Darkest Sabbath" by Broadcast, "Lingers and Dies" by A Bullet for Fidel, "Disneyland" by The Meteors, and "Immortal Corrupter" by GWAR. RIP Dave Brockie, and Godspeed Oderus! Send feedback to: [email protected], or 206.203.1213. Follow @dreadmedia, @DevilDinosaurJr, and @Agent_326 on Twitter! Join the Facebook group!
