Earth Alignment

In the journey of creating your life or putting your energy into a creative project, it is crucial to feel strong rooted in intent- the structure of what enables your expression. That is where I have been.. pausing, reflecting... The time we give ourselves of looking inward is aligned with what we see in the winter, the expressive leaves of a previous season have fallen and tree branches are rawly exposed, Nature is preparing for the next seasons creative blooms.

it is okay to take a step back and to feel not so vibrant and expressive.. honour this phase of your experience and realize that you, just like Mama Earth also need time to look inwards and prepare. This is how the cycle of creativity keeps on.

Today I am reflecting on the reminder the element of water teaches us- To flow. We can achieve the ‘state of flow’ through certain engagements and activities that make us feel the most alive, productive, focused, creative. We can also chose to flow with our entire journeys of experience in that same state in every moment. When we dance through life like the harmony of the oceans waves, change and obstacles dont hinder use, we are empowered and full of life inspiration, and we connect to true being and living.
