The theme for Earth Day 2021 is Restore our Earth. I explore how that restoration is linked to being a conscious consumer who supports equitable global economies.
Most of us go right to the idea of polluting less and saving energy at the thought of Earth Day. But that kind of oversimplification doesn't lead to the kind of meaningful changes our planet needs right now. Join me as I outline some ideas for being a more conscious consumer who wants the planet and all its people to thrive.
- Be aware of the end to end supply chain- not just the policies of the company selling the final product
