Welcome to episode 34 Season 2 of Beyond Comfort Zone ! In this episode we refelect on what Earth day means.
April 22nd was more than just a beautiful day—it was Earth Day, a global reminder to protect and celebrate the only home we all share. This year’s theme, "Planet vs. Plastics," called on all of us to reduce plastic use and commit to restoring Earth’s natural balance.
In this episode, I reflect on the energy of the day, the dope humans I interacted with, and the aligned conversations around recycling, upcycling, and living more consciously. From street-side creativity to community-based solutions, it was a celebration of beauty in both people and the planet.
🌿 What can you do to live the Earth Day theme all year?
— Start with small, consistent shifts:✅ Carry a reusable water bottle✅ Repair instead of discard✅ Support local, sustainable brands✅ Host or join a cleanup in your area✅ Practice mindful consumption✅ Turn trash into treasure through upcycling
Let’s keep aligning our lives with the planet’s rhythms—because Earth care is self-care.
