This is a short moving meditation, minimal movement, really, for today's episode. Sometimes we just need a quick way to feel VERY enmeshed with the universe, and one such way is to be a tree: root down, reach up! Unlike regular Tree Pose, you won't have to balance on one foot. Yogis out there may recognize the base of today's episode as Mountain Pose. While you can do this either seated or standing, it really is best done where you can at least reach your arms wide in all directions.
