It's been too long, I know! But I am pleased to show up today with an episode about where the heck I've been. I've spent the last month building a routine for myself that includes daily affirmations, daily yoga and mindfulness and a consistent gym schedule, as well as finding a new job! 

Hi everyone, in today's podcast I talk with you guys about my relationship experiences in the past and how they still leave a weird residue today. How dating worked out for me so far and some lessons I've learned dealing with abuse, what we think "love" is, and how our parents have affects on our behaviors in relationships.
