Our Lord is trustworthy, always faithful. Real success is resting in this fact.

There is great significance to the symbolism of the Lord's Supper. Christ-followers everywhere would do well to allow God to examine their hearts, correct anything that needs correcting, and then...come to the table.

For a Christ-follower "winning" doesn't mean being first, or even having the spotlight of attention. Winning means submitting your lift to Jesus, the winner. And as a glorious bonus, Jesus calls his own "friend".

It sound backward- but total surrender to the Lord is the starting place of living in victory.

Prayer can be a very powerful ministry. What does James say about praying powerfully?

What does patience have to do with God? James has some encouragement & instruction for Christ-followers about being patient with others. Jesus was a picture of patience and we should strive to practice patience as well.

James has some strong warnings about how a Christ-follower should handle money. Riches can be a powerful tool or a terrible god.

Even a long life is relatively short, but it is a gift. And this gift should be invested well. Every Christ-follower would do well to count their days and make every day count.
