Last week we found out that Carmen Reddy has never learned to ride a bicycle. Darren and I have decided to take her to get the perfect bicycle to train on, and we gave her her first lesson, then on Wednesday we took Carmen for her second lesson. Helping Carmen to learn more life skills kicked off when she revealed that she hasn't mastered how to tie her shoelaces. Darren Maule and Sky Tshabalala then reached out to her to explore what other skills she may be lacking. This led Darren to initiate, 'Take Carmen to Bicycle lessons'.

It's day 2 of teaching Carmen how to ride a bicycle. Carmen Reddy can't ride a bike, so the boys are helping her!

It is still transport month and there is some good news for the youth of eThekwini. Joining us now is Nokuthula Mhlope (Youth Manager) for the Mayoral Youth Development Office.

So Darren and Sky will be on a quest to teach them how to ride a bike. Darren and Sky thought they'd make this a learning experience by acquiring a bike so that Carmen could learn how to ride it.
