Lv: Pavasara vējš iešalca logu plaisās, piepildot lielo ģimenes māju ar svaiguma devu.
En: The spring wind howled through the window cracks, filling the large family home with a breath of freshness.

Lv: Šajā pavasara rītā gaisā virmoja gaidoša enerģija, jo bija Lieldienas – laiks, kad visa ģimene sanāk kopā.
En: On this spring morning, the air was filled with an expectant energy because it was Easter—a time when the whole family comes together.

Lv: Mājā smaržoja pēc pavārēm sagatavotajām pashām un kuličiem, un uz garā ēdamgalda lepni stāvēja dažādu krāsu olas.
