Welcome to the podcast! Today Paster Rob Ayer is talking about resurrection sunday.

"Where many of us live our lives," says author and pastor, Pete Greig, "somewhere

between the cross and the resurrection, between 'Dear God' and 'Amen'… in a kind of

limbo… waiting on unanswered questions, wondering why God is sometimes silent…"

Asking, "Where is God?"

Surely the disciples of Jesus at the time must have asked this and more.

Can we imagine?

12 men (now 11) who spent more than 3 years in an intimate circle of friendship and

mentoring. Eating meals together every day. Moving from place to place to hear Christ

teach and to see him heal – to witness miracle after miracle.

To attest – as Peter does - that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God (Mt.

16:16).

These men had left family and friends and work life to follow Jesus.

They were enthralled with him!

They built their lives on him. Staked their afterlife on him.
