The ANC in the Eastern Cape has strongly condemned the recent destruction of road infrastructure on the R394 between Phepheni and Fort Donald in Gxwaleni Location, Ntabankulu, Alfred Nzo District. The ANC acknowledges the constitutional right to protest but says such actions cross a line when they involve lawlessness, infringe on others' rights and compromise safety and dignity.
