AN EASTERN PROMISE SPECIAL! Recorded on Day 1 of the 2024 Royal Norfolk Show, this special takes us around the STEMM Village, chats with VIPs, talks to educators and energy gurus and generally has a whale of a time!
This year, Dr Penny Hundleby of the John Innes Centre joins Mike Rigby on a tour of the show and this year, we focus on the STEMM Village and the magnificent people within...BUT! We also bump into more across the showground.
Unfortunately, there was a fault on the microphone which means the audio wasn't as good as it could have been. However, it's been cleaned up and worked on as much as possible so you at least get to share in the amazing happenings at the 2024 Royal Norfolk Show!
This Week: Just in time for the school holidays! I take a trip back in time, to The ROARR! Dinosaur Adventure Park at Lenwade near Norwich to meet Adam Goymour, Park Director and scion of the Goymour family. I'll be chatting with Adam about the park, his family's legacy, the Norfolk tourism sector, and just where d'you get dinosaurs from anyway?! We'll also be taking a trip along the Valley of the Dinosaurs, giving you a flavour of the park. If you're interested in dinosaurs, tourism, how to keep your children entertained over the summer, or all of the above (guilty!) then it's a must-listen.
