Mark 4:26-29 says --- And He said, "The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how.  For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head.  But when the grain ripens, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come."  NKJV

Step 1 - Hearing is how the Seed gets planted in our hearts.

"The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground…”

Step 2 - The UnStuck Life Does not happen overnight…but Over Time.

…and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how.  For the earth [heart] yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain…

• Consistency is the key
• Patience is a Must

Hebrews 6:12-16 --- that you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises. For when God made a promise to Abraham… saying, "Surely blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you." And so, after Abraham had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. NKJV

• Don’t Lose Your Confidence

Hebrews 10:35-36 --- Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise:  NKJV

Step 3 – Over TIME…we will SEE a Harvest.

But when the grain ripens, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.

√  We start Changing

John 15:7-8 --- If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.

√  We Face Trials Differently.

1 Peter 1:6 --- These trials are only to test your faith [the genuineness of your faith], to show that it is strong and pure. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold…So if your faith remains strong after being tried by fiery trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed…

James 1:2-5 --- My brethren, count it all joy when you FALL into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.  But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

√ Our Praise Becomes Powerful.

Galatians 6:7-9 --- Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.  NKJV

WIN – Stay Consistent and Focused…because the seed over time will bring a harvest!

Step 1 – Put Your Life in God’s Hands & Trust Him.

Step 2 – You are in Control of Your Own Life.

Step 3 – You can Change What’s in Your Circle.

Step 4 – Live the Lifestyle of Faith.

1> You Must Develop Yourself in Faith.

Romans 10:17 – “So then faith comes by hearing; and hearing by the word of God.”

Hebrews 11:1 in the AMP says – “NOW FAITH is the assurance (the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].

Romans 4:17 says ---“(as it is written, "I have made you a father of many nations") in the presence of Him whom he believed -- God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did;"

2> Your Faith Must Take Action!

Prov 4:10 says --- “Hear, my son, and receive my sayings, and the years of your life will be many.”

Prov 8:34 says --- “Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.” NKJV

3> Keep What God Said in Front of You

Joshua 1:8 says “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” NKJV

√  Focus Your Faith with Your Eyes

Proverbs 4:20-23 says --- “My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.  Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh.  Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.”  NKJV

√  Ponder the Promises of God with Your Mind

Ps 1:1-3 says --- “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.”  NKJV

√ Speak Out What God has Already Said

4> Faith Power is Released in Your Words

Mark 11:22-24 says --- “So Jesus answered and said to them, "Have faith in God.  For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.  Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”  NKJV

Philippians 2:13 “…work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.”  NKJV

Colossians 1:9-10 GN --- We ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will, with all the wisdom and understanding that his Spirit gives. Then you will be able to live as the Lord wants and will always do what pleases him.

1 John 4:4 CEV --- Children, you belong to God, and you have defeated these enemies. God's Spirit is in you and is more powerful than the [difficulties, problems] in the world.

Instead of saying “Who’s in Control of my life?" say, “Who has a Choice in my life?”

With God’s GRACE, POWER and His SPIRIT, you can change what’s in your circle.

Philippians 2:13 MB “…be energetic in your life of salvation, reverent and sensitive before God.  That energy is God’s energy, an energy deep within you, God himself willing and working at what will give him the most pleasure.”

WIN – You get to control how much God is involved in your life.

Pray --- Father, I see from Your Word that Your Plan for my Life is better than anything I can do on my own.  I pray that every choice I make from now on will be centered on YOU because You have the best for my life. 

Jesus said in John 10:10, "The thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but I have come that you may have life, and have it more abundantly."

What would it take for your life to be better?

How You View God will determine --- if you live STUCK or move to the Better Life.

HINT:  Our concept of God is mainly developed growing up…we get it from our parents.

Today - “Can God Be Trusted With My Life?”

Psalm 31:19 NLT --- “Your goodness is so great! You have stored up great blessings for those who honor you. You have done so much for those who come to you for protection, blessing them before the watching world.”

UnStuck Life Principle --- If God is good only…then He cannot mismanage your life.

Deuteronomy 7:9 (GW) ---“Keep in mind that the LORD your God is the only God. He is a faithful God, who keeps his promise and is merciful to thousands of generations of those who love him and obey his commands.”

James 1:17 --- “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.

God is trustworthy.  God is good to me.  He has a good plan for me…a Better Life!   I choose today to trust in God, His Word, and fulfill His will.  I am living the Good Life!!

John 8:31-32 Jesus said, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." NKJV

√  God’s Will brings Life.

John 6:63-64 (MB) “The Spirit can make life. Sheer muscle and willpower don’t make anything happen. Every word I’ve spoken to you is a Spirit-word, and so it is life-making.”

√  What He Says will Last Forever.

Ps 119:89-90 (MB) “What you say goes, God, and stays, as permanent as the heavens. 90Your truth never goes out of fashion; it’s as up-to-date as the earth when the sun comes up.”
