This week we begin our new series, "Churches That Heal," based off of the work by Dr. Henry Cloud! Pastor Russ talks about the parable of the fig tree in Luke chapter 13 where Jesus teaches that grace, truth, and time are the things we need in order to heal.

This week Pastor Russ reminds us that as followers of Christ we are imitating him when we choose to give. We are instructed to do this and to enjoy the blessing that comes from it.

In light of the events from this past week, Pastor Russ invites us into a Lectio Divina, the practice of divine reading, where we can unplug from our normal influx of messaging and feeds and seek the Lord for what he has to say to each of us in this moment.

We're continuing our yearly tradition of writing letters to Jesus this week! Pastor Russ leads us into Isaiah 6 as we prepare ourselves for the coming year. Lets have open hearts and minds this week about how the Lord wants to use us this upcoming year.
