✨Il/ Elle porte---- she wears / she is wearing

✨Nous portons----- we wear/ we are wearing

✨Vous portez--- you wear / you are wearing

✨Ils/ elles portent---- they wear / the are wearing

Exemples

Je Porte une robe--- I am wearing a gown

Monsieur Nicholas Porte une chemise et un pantalon--- Mr Nicholas is wearing a shirt and  trousers

Elle Porte une jupe-- she is wearing a skirt.

In this episode  we are going to learn about one of the major verbs in French.

 The verb is 'avoir' - to have .

j'ai -----------------I have

Tu as ----------------you have ( singular/ informal)

Il a --------------------he has

Elle a -------------------- she has 

Nous avons --------------- we have 

 Vous avez-----------you have (plural/ formal)

Ils ont---------------they have ( used for both males and females)

Elles ont-----------------they have

Examples

1. J'ai un sac. I have a bag

2. Tu as un portable. You have a mobile phone.

3. J'ai 30 ans. I am 30 years old.

Welcome to this new interesting episode. In this episode we will learn about the definite articles in french.

They come in 4 variants ( all articles means THE in english)

Le ----------masculine /singular

La --------- feminine / singular

L'------------- used in front of a vowel or H. 

Les --------- Plural for all of the above mentioned.

Examples

1.Le garcon -----------The boy.

Les garcons---------The boys.

2. La fille ----------The girl.

Les filles---------- The girls.

3. L'enfant-------- The child.

  Les enfants-------- The children.

 Learning a new language  is fun when you are able to make simple conversations with ease. 

My aim in this episode is to help you   say where you live with less efforts.

 To ask someone  where they   in french you say

 " ou habitez vous?

 the answer could  be  any of these below

j'habite  a + the city----- 

Example

 j'habite a lagos  or any other city that you live in.

j'habite en France "en" is use for countries with LA  in front of them.

Examples: 

j'habite en France ( la france)

j'habite au Gabon (le Gabon)  

 " au"  is used for countries with LE  in front of them.

J'habite aux Pays Bas.

J' habite aux États Unis. 

 "aux" is used for countries with LES  in front of them

Basically in learning  french you need to know how to express  yourself your need some building blocks.

Ravi/ Enchante  ------------------ nice meeting you.
